Pamela Demain is a pharmaceutical and biotech leader, with over 40 years of global experience in pharmaceutical corporate development and licensing. Her accomplishments in combining negotiation of complex transactions at all stages of development and commercialization, leading relationship development, strategic planning expertise, and global marketing/brand leadership, make her an invaluable addition to the IGNITE Advisory Group and the IGNITE Network.

Pamela (Pam) has served on multiple boards, spoken at numerous international bio and pharma conferences, and has consulted for a wide variety of businesses, winning awards for her mentorship. She has led teams responsible for everything from corporate licensing to strategic relationship management.

Serving as elected President of Licensing Executives Society USA and Canada
Co-Founding Prokaryotics, Inc, where she successfully in-licensed 4 pre-clinical antibiotic assets

Leading a worldwide company launch and commercial launches, by country, for a new and medically important hospital antibiotic

Pamela Demain

Pam Demain has an M.B.A. in International Business, from the American University, Washington D.C., where she was the recipient of their University Award for Outstanding Achievement at Graduate Level, for her work as Grad Assistant in Marketing. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, from the University of Massachusetts, where she graduated cum laude. Pam is a Certified Licensing Professional (CLP) and has completed Management and Finance Executive courses at Wharton School of Business, Harvard Business School Getting to Yes: Harvard Negotiating Project.
