By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

BiotechExec provides executive search, fractional leadership, and consulting services for the life sciences industry. We maintain the Ignite Network of vetted executives.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your use of our services. You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading professional information
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BiotechExec and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BiotechExec, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
